September 2016 - It can be obtained from Mouser Electronics the new voltage regulators (LDOs) to power management with low quiescent current, the LD39020ADM30R from STMicroelectronics with output currents of 200 mA and quiescent current of only 100 µA. The input voltage is 5 V and the fixed output voltage of 3 V.
