June 2017 - Microchip's new PIC18LF67K40 8-bit microcontrollers with Flash / EE / RAM memory and rich peripheral integration can now be obtained from Mouser Electronics. The internal oscillator is 64 MHz and it runs at the core PIC of 83 instructions. There are 47 ADC channels and a 5-bit DAC. The output levels of 4.96 V and the CPU runs at 16MIPS.
