Twin-T oscillator are designed to produce sine low frequency signals. These oscillator are founding many applications as musical instruments, instrumentation, signal generation etc. This oscillator produces signals of about 250 Hz. The components can be altered to other frequencies. Other operationals can be used and the formulas to make calculations are given in the section Mathematics for Electronics in this site.
