ISSI Serial RAM Devices contain 8Mb/16Mb/32Mb pseudo-static Random Access Memory (RAM) using a self-refresh DRAM array. These arrays are organized as 1M words by 8 bits, 2M words by 8 bits, and 4M words by 8 bits for 8Mb, 16Mb, and 32Mb respectively. The serial RAM devices support Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and Quad Peripheral Interface (QPI) protocols, and low signal count. These devices also support hidden refresh operation, and industrial temperature and automotive A2 grade temperature. In-band reset is supported instead of a dedicated RESET# pin and the minimum transferred data size is 8bit
