“I have many electronic device boards in my home. With a soldering iron I removed the welds from the components of many of them. Can I use these welds for normal assembly work?”

In principle, yes, because the removal does not affect its original properties much, that is, the composition of lead and tin if they are of the traditional type. However, care must be taken not to use in professional applications such as an assembly line without checking for changes, as in many cases there are aggregate substances that can leave residues. There is no problem for your maker bench to reuse this solder.
