We found this circuit in a Radio & Electronics Constructor from November 1975. The magazine no longer exists, but the circuit can be assembled with BC548 transistors. The frequency is given by C1, which can Sr changed. The supply voltage depends on the relay. C1 can vary between 22 uF and 470 uF.
