This circuit was obtained in the publication 101 Electronics Projects of 1979. The circuit can be assembled easily, since all the components are common. This circuit causes a sequence of 10 LEDs to run with a sequential effect whose speed can be adjusted in the two potentiometers. The transistors can be BC548 and the power can be between 5 and 12V.
