This circuit was suggested by the 101 Electronics Circuits of 1979, but it is still current if we use the BC548 transistors. The circuit produces distortion effects and reinforcement of treble in the sound of guitar and guitars whose pickups are connected at its input. The circuit can be powered by a 9 V battery and has a very low consumption. The input and output of signals must be made with shielded cable.
