I got this circuit from an English magazine from 1977. It can still be easily assembled, as the components are common. What this circuit does is trigger an alarm or gold warning system when the temperature exceeds the value set in the trimpot. A cooling system (fan) can also be activated. The transistor can be a BC548 and the NTC is a 2.2 to 10k type.
