This circuit, found in an English publication in 2001, converts input voltages of +/- 0.5 V into pulses from zero to 20 kHz. The transistors can be BC548 and the output is TTL compatible. The supply is made with a voltage of 5 V. The C1 capacitor can be changed to obtain other output frequency ranges.
