This circuit, from an old publication from the 1970s, can be easily designed today with a BC548 or BC549. The circuit can be supplied with voltages from 15 to 22 V obtained from the amplifier with which it will operate. More inputs can be added, and the potentiometers can have current values like 220k instead of 250k. Input and output cables must be shielded.
