This is a simple Power supply for TTL circuits using the 7805 IC. This IC can source up to 1 A to TTL circuits and must be mounted on a heatsink. Exists another vesion for the 7805 rated to 200 mA. This version is found in SOT-54 packages. Transformer has a secondary rated to 1 A or more in the 1 A version.
