We found this circuit in a French documentation from the 1980s. The circuit can be assembled with BC548 and BC558 transistors and the temperature sensor is a 22k NTC. The circuit causes an LED to light up when the temperature exceeds the value set in P1. The supply can be done with voltages from 6 to 12 V.
