Soldering Iron Timer (CB16856E)

This circuit was found in a 1994 publication. Its purpose is to time the operation of a welder (or other equipment) by turning it off at the end of a time given by C2. The time is monitored by a counter that sequentially activates a set of LEDs until the end of the timing.
