We found this conventional flasher by activating a relay in a 1987 documentation. The circuit causes lamps to flash alternately at a speed that depends on R1 and R2, but adaptations can be made for using LEDs. The relay is 6 V with a 50mA coil current. Replace the lamps by LEDs.
