This application shows you how to make use of the static RAM 2114 of 1 k. The supply is made with 5 V on pin 18 and the enabling of writing or reading is made on pin 10. The addresses are applied in the 10 lines of address entries, which allow combinations for the 1024 memory positions. Depending on the function (write or read) we have data inputs or outputs on pins 11 to 14. With input C at the high level, we obtain the memory stand-by condition.
