What we have is a powerful flasher that can be powered by voltages of 12 V like the one obtained from the battery of the car or truck and "withstands" easily the signal lamps of 25 to 30 W of the type used in vehicles commonly. The figure shows the complete circuit from the beacon, which, as we can see, consists of an astable multivibrator in which the operating frequency and, therefore, the lamp activation speed is basically determined by capacitors C1 and C2.
