I found this simple basic circuit of rhythmic light in a 1980 documentation. We warn you to be careful with the adjustments, indicating the connection of a 47 ohms resistor with the potentiometer. The SCR can also be the TIC106 with a small heat radiator and the lamp must be incandescent (spot or colored from 5 to 60 W). The diode admits equivalent as 1N4004 or 1N4007. The SCR must have voltage according to the network.
