This circuit is from a 2001 documentation used for old analog televisions. However, if the reader has an old camera and analog TVs that are not in use, this transmitter can be used in a security system. L1 has 5 turns of wire 22 in the form of 1 cm without core. L2 has 40 turns of 32 wire in an old TV FI form.
