This is a simple solution for old vehicles that do not have this feature, having been found in a 1986 documentation. The circuit is for the 110 V network but can be powered by 12 V with the elimination of the transformer and rectifier diodes. The circuit causes two lamps to flash alternately. LEDs can be controlled.
