From the STARTER (start switch), used to activate the fluorescent lamp circuit, we can build a simple but efficient light warning system. This circuit makes it possible to establish communication, previously agreed between neighbors, for an emergency or other reason. With it the lamp will blink continuously attracting attention. The STARTER is formed by a neon lamp that, when energized, has its ionized gas, causing it to conduct the current in an alternating way, hence its use to make the L1 and L2 lamps flash. NE-1 monitors the connected alarm circuit. Do not use lamps over 60 W for this type of alarm.
