This 12 V automatic battery charger was found in European documentation from the 1980s. SCRs admit equivalents and must be equipped with heat sinks. The trigger point with the charged battery must be adjusted in the trimpot with reference to the voltage of a charged battery. The transformer is 14.5 or 15 V with 5 A of secondary current.
