This circuit works only with incandescent lamps, timing its activation at intervals that depend on C1. For the indicated values of components, the intervals can be adjusted between 20 and 80 seconds. The SCR must have a heat sink and the capacitor has a high working voltage, as indicated in the diagram itself. For the 220 V D1 power grid it must be 1N4007.
