Although it is not convenient to directly associate triacs in parallel without a resistor that helps to compensate for the differences in characteristics of this component (typically 0.22 ohms x 10 W), the idea is valid for a high -ower dimmer circuit like this. We found this configuration in a 90's publication. Of course, triacs must have excellent heat sinks.
