We found this portable transmitter that reaches up to 200 meters in a Japanese publication from the 1960s. The circuit is powered by an 18 V voltage obtained from batteries and uses a crystal microphone. The antenna is telescopic. Details of the coils are not provided but can be made based on similar designs on this website.
