This is a common circuit in the 1990s, when experimental FM transmitters were in vogue. The circuit has a good range and includes the power supply. L1 consists of 4 turns of wire 18 to 22 in the form of 1 cm without core and XRF21 / XRF2 are formed by 50 turns of wire 32 in a 100k x ½ W resistor.
