The special effect of LEDs and for external lamps has its speed adjusted in a potentiometer in a transistorized multivibrator. The circuit is powered by 12 V which is the voltage of the relays used. The effect is monitored by a set of LEDs. The number of controlled lamps depends on the contact capacity of the relays.
