Using two transistors, the resting current for this alarm is 25uA. The circuit was found in an American documentation from the 90s. The transistor Q1 can be BC548 and Q2 the BC558, and relays of 6 or 12 V can be used, depending on the supply voltage. The circuit is not locked.
