This oscillator produces a rectangular signal in the range of 100 Hz to 1 kHz, but by changing the capacitor, we can obtain other frequency ranges. Fine adjustment of the frequency is done with the 100k-ohm potentiometer. In this circuit, only one of the four ports of the 4093 is used. The positive supply of 3 to 15 V is made on pin 7 and the ground is on pin 14.
