TPS723x Texas Low Voltage Regulators
Texas Instruments has Mouser as the main distributor of its products as this series of 200 mA LDOs with only 280 mV of voltage drop at 2.5 V. The components can operate with input voltages from -10 to -2.7 V and outputs from -10 V to -1.2 V.
