Vishay VCNL3030X01 Proximity Sensors
Available from Mouser Electronics, these Vishay sensors can operate with voltages from 2.5 to 3.6 V with an integrated high intensity infrared LED. It operates with 1.8 to 5.5 V I2C bus and the pulsating current of the LED is 200 mA.
