“I have an old radio, but it has no input to power via the power grid. Can I add one? What kind of eliminator should I use?”

In articles on our website we teach how to adapt a jack to connect an eliminator, but in principle it is enough to connect the eliminator output directly to the battery holder observing the polarity. We just must be careful that many eliminators have very simple circuits, with poor filtering which causes snoring in the powered device, radio or amplifier. Prefer a regulated and filtered circuit. We have many circuits for this purpose on our website.
