This circuit is from 1978, but it can be assembled with more modern equivalent components. For TR1 we can use the BC548. For Q2 we can use BC558 and the unijunction can be 2N2646. SCRs can be ICT106. The circuit works with 12 to 24 V lamps. The frequency is adjusted in VR1.
