This circuit was obtained in the publication 101 Electronics Projects of 1979. The circuit can be assembled easily, since all the components are common. This control produces a signal whose frequency depends on the temperature. The sensors are germanium diodes and the basic frequency is given by C1. The supply can be done by voltages from 5 to 12V.
