This circuit was found in a 1987 magazine. It generates signals in a range from 100 kHz to 10 MHz, depending on the coil used. For 20 + 20 turns of wire 28 in a ferrite rod this frequency will be in the range of 1 MHz. The supply can be made with voltages from 6 to 12 V. The transistors can be BC548 and BC558.
