This circuit was published in an English magazine from 1972, but it can be easily implemented using the BD135 transistor instead of the original, for lamps up to 500 mA. The 6 + 6 V transformer has a current of 300 to 500 mA. The sensor is a common LDR. The circuit turns on a small lamp when it gets dark.
