This oscillator has the output sine waveforms stabilized by a MOSFET. Equivalent types can be used. The circuit is from a 1994 publication and can be implemented with other operational ones. The power supply is symmetrical with voltages between 6 and 12 V. The frequency depends on C1 and C2, which can be changed.
