This circuit is from GE technical documentation from the 1970s. The circuit can be implemented with SCRs of the TIC106 type and the maximum current will be 3 A. The SCRs must be equipped with heat radiators and the diodes can be 1N4004 or 1N4007, depending on the network. The circuit must only operate with resistive loads.
