This circuit generates 50, 100 and 200 Hz signals from a 2.2768 MHz TV crystal. The circuit can be used on instruments and watches. Other crystals can be used to obtain 60, 120 and 240 Hz. The circuit can be powered by voltages from 5 to 15 V.
