The illustrated circuit uses the AUIRS2301 S from International Recfifier (www.irf.com) and is suitable for controlling servos in automotive applications, as well as common inverters and general-purpose three-phase inverters. The circuit is operational up to 600 V and has a gate voltage range of 5 to 20 V. In addition, its input is compatible with 3.3 V, 5 V and 15 V logic, and is lead-free and RoHS compliant.(2010)
