NXP Semiconductors FRDM-STBI-NPM8 Sensor Evaluation Board is designed with essential headers, jumpers, and signal test points to facilitate the quick evaluation of the NPM8 pressure sensor. It is compatible with Arduino® UNO headers, allowing it to be hosted on any compatible board. The recommended hosting microcontroller unit (MCU) board for the NPM8 shield is the FRDM-MCXW71, which allows it to be mounted on top. The FRDM-MCXW71 supports data and command transfer via serial peripheral interface (SPI) transactions. With integrated 2.4GHz wireless connectivity, the FRDM-MCXW71 is ideal for enabling sensor connectivity. This setup requires a PC and the accompanying software package (demo) available from NXP.
