This circuit is from an April 2000 Poptronics. The magazine no longer exists, but the circuit can be easily assembled, as all components are common. The circuit tests for stereo cables, checking for any interruptions in one of the three conductors. The circuit can be powered by a 9 V battery or 4 cells (6 V).
