This simple bridge unbalances according to the resistance variation in the electrodes. The circuit is from 1982 and can be powered by two or four small batteries. M1 is an old sound equipment VU-meter with zero in the center of the scale. Better adjustment can be achieved with P2 in series with the instrument and not in parallel.
