This circuit can use both separate LEDs and a common cathode display when one segment indicates low level and three lit segments indicate high level. The circuit is powered by a voltage of 3 V or by the very voltage of the circuit being analyzed. The circuit operates with both TTL and CMOS logic. The circuit was obtained from an 1988 documentation.
