The transmitter we present, found in a 2003 documentation, operates around 88 MHz and has a range of around 400 meters. The BD135 transistor must be mounted on a small heat radiator and modulation is achieved using an electret microphone. The L1 coil consists of 5 turns of 26 AWG wire in the form of 0.5 cm in diameter without core. CV is a common trimmer of up to 40 pF where the operating frequency of the transmitter is adjusted.
